These standards apply to Komap and Ko-munity, operated by SOARA AI SDN. BHD., including posts, replies, profiles, groups, reports and uploaded media.
Strictly prohibited
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, trafficking, sextortion and any content that facilitates the exploitation of children are prohibited. Do not create, upload, link to, solicit or distribute such material.
Report a concern
Use the in-app report controls on content or profiles, or contact hello@soara.ai with the subject “Komap child safety concern” and a content reference. Do not forward or reproduce abusive imagery in an ordinary email. For immediate danger contact the appropriate emergency service or authority; Komap email is not an emergency-response service.
Response and enforcement
When we obtain actual knowledge of prohibited material, we act to restrict access or remove it, review the responsible account and apply appropriate restrictions. We assess preservation and reporting duties under applicable child-safety laws and refer confirmed cases to the relevant regional authority where required. We do not promise that every item is pre-reviewed or that automated filters detect every harmful image or video.
Contact and privacy
Child-safety reports are handled through hello@soara.ai with access limited to authorised people who need to respond. Share only information necessary for the concern. Privacy requests concerning a child can use the same address; we assess proportionate verification and removal without asking you to send passwords or verification codes.
